Jtune: Fruits to the Careers

Hehe I'm so happy while posting this now!!!

Just came back from Careers Fair 2013 in school with lotsa freebies (I'll go to that later) and surprised to find out my mum cooked Nasi Briyani for dinner!!!! It was yummy yummy, totally hawkerfood-standard ^^

The best thing is I have lotsa fruits in my fridge right now!!!!!! Apples, pears, rock melon, coconut, oranges etc. I LOVE FRUITS LOLOLOL. I'm munching on crunchy pear slices right now but the apple slices are the soggy kind ):

ANYWAY. We're finally down to the fourth week of school and I finally found out that we are 30-odd days to Prelims. Shucks ): It feels so far awayyyyy. But considering how I spend 5 days per week in school, I only have another 4 weekends to digest 2 years' worth of knowledge and get the As and Bs I need if I wish to apply for any scholarships.

Damn ): I'm pretty interested in teaching after attending the MOE Scholarship talk in the afternoon!!!

This super pretty MOE scholar, who was previously from NJ 37th Student Council and currently a GP/PW teacher in Meridian JC, shared her experience with us and I have to say it was pretty interesting (: Hehehe Thiam (who really wants to be a Bio teacher) & I signed up for their mailing list for TIP (Teachers Internship Programme) already HAHA.

After the talks & hall, Thiam & I headed to the main library where all the cool and interesting career booths were ^^ MOE, Architecture, SPH, AVA, MINDEF, Army, Air Force and...

NAVYYYYYYY!!!

Lolololol if you haven't already known, I've been pretty crazy over the Navy ever since Navy Open House 2013. One of my dream goals is to have a Navy boy as a close friend HEHE. Okay, this sounds dumbzxc but oh wellzzz, hopefully it will die down soon HAHA.

So anyway, Thiam & I went up directly to them to get a free goodie bag which contained a book with the same exact design as the one above!! Hehehe I was soooo happy that I even made Thiam take a photo with me and the Navy goodies ^^

You know I was so sad after Navy Open House when I realized I didn't get any souvenirs ): BUT NOW I HAVE ^^

The Navy was SOOOO generous!!!! GO ZOOM IN!!! HAHA actually you don't have to because I will be snapping photos of everything with my DSLR over the weekends when I'm free (:

By the way, I'm intending to get a large piece of paper with floral prints from DAISO tomorrow!!!! I think it'll make a very nice background for photos hehehe. But Navy and floral doesn't go very well together so... Let's see how the photos will turn out okay!!! HAHA

And I'm so annoyed with my pimples now ):< Apparently my menses came last night during my (11hours) nap and HOORAY my bed didn't get a least bit of stain!!!! Why am I so lucky lolololol. But yeah, that explains why I was so grumpy over the weekends and my fugly pimples. I feel so fugly with my pimples now UGH. Die pimples, DIE.

On a happy note, I'm soooo excited for dinner with my Secondary 4 class tomorrow!!! ^^ It has been such a loooonnnnnggggggg time since I saw them!!! Saving my whole week's allowance for tomorrow's meal is totally worth it manzxc ^^
